Over the past 34 years we have grown from a small business employing two, to a major presence in the industry, now employing 25. The driving force behind the companys' success has been the uncompromising demand for excellence and ethical approach to working within the codes and regulations of the industry.Billabong has expertise in pool and spa construction for residential and commercial purposes, as well as servicing installed equipment at resort and apartment complex swimming pools. The major focus of the company however, has always been specialising in service and maintenance to pools and equipment. We are one of the few pool businesses in Queensland that can offer a fully equipped and technically staffed workshop that conducts in-house repairs and equipment testing and appraisals.Our workshop repairs and services pumps, electric motors, salt chlorinators, heaters, chemical controllers, dosing pumps, control modules, and most other pool and spa equipment. A selection of pumps and commonly used equipment is available on loan to regular commercial customers, while repairs are being completed.All workmanship and materials are guaranteed. Billabong are the authorised warranty agents for major equipment manufactures such as Onga, Hurlcon, Waterco, Compu, Poolrite, Kemfeed, Monarch, Speck and Spa Quip.We have 14 in-field service personnel, at two locations, who are able to respond promptly to any request for service or cleaning.
